COMPANY POLICIES Once your order is placed, always done directly with us by phone or e-mail, we reserve your ordered items if payment is other than credit card. Unless prior arrangements have been made, if payment is not received within 5 days, the items will be made available for sale again. Upon receipt of your payment, we will pack your item professionally and ship it by a courier that requires a signature for delivery. We use UPS unless another method is requested and all shipments are insured for the price paid for the items being shipped. Be sure to provide us with your e-mail address and/or telephone number along with your shipping information, so that we may notify you of when your package has been shipped and provide you with the tracking number. Very large or very heavy items may be shipped by a trucking/moving company. If you would like to pick up your order in person, please contact us with that request and we would be happy to accommodate you.
All
items shipped are insured with the shipper to the amount paid, even if the
true value of the item is higher. Should any item arrive damaged, claims
must be made with the shipper. Do not return the item to us, as that will
void the policy and we would not be able to assist with your claim.
All sales are final. We expect you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We urge you to ask any pertinent questions prior to making your purchase. We will happily fulfill your request for as many photographs, measurements and/or additional information as you feel necessary. Every detail of these unique pieces is described to the best of our knowledge and ability. Please understand that we are not experts in every category of items we offer for sale. In many cases, in fact, the buyer of a specific item has much greater knowledge and expertise on some items than we do – we welcome your input! If an item is found to have been grossly misrepresented, we must be notified within 3 days of your receipt of the item of your intent to return it. The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, shipped back to us by the same method that was used to ship out, insured. Returning an item on which there is a multiple purchase discount will void the discount received on other items. It is our goal to assist our clients in every way possible, do not hesitate to let us know how we may be of additional assistance to you. PureCowboy.us is NOT an appraisal service. Should you want a value assessment of your items, you will find many registered appraisal services on the internet that are qualified to offer appraisals for your saddles, spurs and other cowboy collectibles.
