From the porch, one can see the Gulf of Nicoya, and at night the lights of the coastal city of Puntarenas are visible in the distance, some 25 miles away as the crow flies. Property Size: The property measures approximately 1/2 acres. The house is set back around 120 feet from the road, and is separated from the road and garage by a lawn and trees. The topography prevents any future building that would obstruct the view. The house measures a little less than 2000 square feet.
