Prison Hitched Horsehair Quirt - Black

This beautiful antique hitched horsehair prison-made quirt has never been used.  It is in extremely fine condition; soft and supple.

The natural horsehair is hitched in black with green and orange accents.

The quirt measures 19 inches long with an additional 6 inches of looped braided horsehair handle attached to the top.  It is about 5/8 inch wide at the handle and 1/2 inch wide.
